Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research, formulate and administer total rewards program in partnership with Leadership
- Administration of company leveling program
- Ensure the company is in compliance with work eligibility requirements
- Assist in the coordination and administration of benefits programs
- Manage people-related projects and deliverables as directed
- Provide general HR support to employees providing the highest level of customer service
- Maintain up to date and accurate data in the HRIS
- Perform research and prepare reports and presentations as required
- Create and maintain files in accordance with requirements
- Support various HR and company events
- Provide backup support to the Office Coordinator as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Min 3+ years of related experience, 1-2 of which were in a Company of +500 employees
- Project management experience. Example will be requested
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Data analysis, forms creation, and presentation experience. Examples of work product will be requested
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Must exhibit sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters
- Possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact with employees and candidates at all levels
Desired Qualifications:
- Preference for fluency in additional language(s). Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese are desirable
- Preference for experience with UK employment law, benefits and administration
