Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for US and Int’l entities. Responsible for management of HR/Admin staff
- Manage the development and implementation of policies, programs, projects and procedures
- Foster an environment where people seek out better ways of operating
- Demonstrate commitment towards continuous improvement and willingness to challenge existing practices
- Ensure benefits and compensation are strategically aligned to attract and retain qualified employees
- Ensure legal compliance with state and federal laws and requirements
- Design and implement employee training, management development and team building strategies that support business objectives
- Orient and integrate employees into the Company, maximize employee productivity, and promote cross-functional integration
- Implement and monitor a performance review program which addresses both performance improvement and career development needs
- Provide effective performance feedback to team members
- Be available and accessible to all employees to resolve employee issues
- Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in HR and other functional areas that may impact the Company
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-starter and independent thinker who has the desire to work in a fast-paced, expanding organization.
- Between 3 - 5 years managing Human Resources processes and policies, and/or HR teams
- Ability to identify issues, develop effective solutions, and resolve conflict through mutually acceptable and practical solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse populations. Possesses the skills to lead, influence, and motivate others
- Team building, group facilitation, process improvement, and project management skills. Examples will be requested
- Effective communication skills are a must; written, verbal and non-verbal
- Strong organization skills, process orientation and attention to detail
- Must exhibit sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for fluency in additional language(s). Arabic, Spanish, French or Portuguese are desirable
- Preference for experience with UK employment law, benefits and administration
- 1-2 years of experience working in a Company of +500 employees
