Symplicity Corporation is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP), International indirect sales to oversee its non-English speaking emerging markets.
Symplicity is the leading global employability platform. Its flagship product, Career Services Manager (CSM), is used by the world’s “top tier” universities to connect students with employers.
Reporting to the VP International, this position will lead the company’s emerging indirect sales efforts developing, growing, and mentoring a world-class sales channel and contributing to the overall leadership and strategy of Symplicity.
Identify and inspire superstar partners to invest and resell Symplicity ‘s solutions into the HE and vocational sector.
Key focus on; recruit, train and drive revenue from partner
Lead and manage all partner programs for Symplicity’s international markets
Define the appropriate go-to-market strategy and execute against an aggressive plan to increase partner coverage, indirect sales and grow market share with results to come in starting in 2nd half 2017
Provide thought leadership, in terms of revenue-generating ideas and solutions, as well as effective planning and forecasting of sales results
Offer strong leadership in the recruitment, training and development of channel partners
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners

A committed player/Coach with 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software and/or IT solutions in the Higher Education or Further Education market
Enterprise software sales solution background closing $100K+ deals
Proven track record – at the very least the last 2 years of over performance or the number 1 in the team
Sales Experience of selling to large, complex organizations
Experience coaching and building up world-class enterprise selling channel Partners
Proven ability to build deep relationships and creatively identify and drive opportunities to deliver value and business solutions in Emerging markets
Proficiency building and managing a sales plans and strategies
Ideally degree+ educated
