Job Description
Symplicity is seeking multiple Sales Development Representatives! This is an entry-level sales position, responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining a database of qualified leads for Account Executives as well as researching specific target markets. The position will be responsible for consistently providing client service and ensuring the client’s needs are met for our Higher Education products.

What you will do
- Generate outbound calls with goal of qualifying and educating target accounts to create sales-ready opportunities to be passed on to Account Executives
- Proactively communicate Symplicity’s products and industry knowledge to prospects and clients
- Qualify leads and work with the sales team to close business
- Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
- 1+ years of successful sales experience preferred
- Proven proficiency in online research and selling over the phone
- Confidence to act autonomously coupled with ability to function as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with both IT and business decision makers
- Knowledge of web-based technology preferred
